Join Master Trainer Ralph Dehner on beautiful Edisto Island for a 5-day beach retreat dedicated to exploring Traditional Sun Style Tai Chi and learning Sun 38 sequence.
Learn more about traditional Sun Style Tai Chi as we learn and practice the Sun 38 Forms. If you are unfamiliar with Traditional Sun Style, you can take a zoom introductory workshop February 26 to prepare. This introductory zoom workshop is be open to anyone who can do Tai Chi for Arthritis or the Sun 73 sequence.
Daily sessions will be from 10:00 to noon and 1:30 to 4:00 giving you plenty of time to relax on the beach and explore the island.
