Yang 18 Tai Chi Fan

Interested in learning a Tai Chi Fan form? Experience is not necessary, but you will need a tai chi fan!
This workshop will be offered on Zoom. Once you are registered, I will send you video links to the movements so you can prepare. The first video shows you how to hold, open, and close the fan.
Please prepare with the video clips so the training can focus on the details and using the dan tian to open and close the fan.
Following this training, Betty will offer Double Yang 18 Fan. You must know the Yang 18 Fan form.
