Tai Chi 24 Form for beginners. This Tai Chi class follows the 24 Form in a step by step format that makes it easy to learn and get going quickly. Each session covers 3-4 forms with a week in between each session. In 6 weeks you will have a basic understanding of the entire form. This is followed by a second stage to begin understanding each form in depth. This style makes learning Tai Chi fun, easy, and effective.
My name is Clint Pearman, I am a Certified Brain Injury Specialist for the government during the day, USA Masters Track and Field multiple medal-winning athlete, health and wellness coach, speaker, and trainer, and Certified Tai Chi Instructor. I utilize the multidisciplinary, integrated, novel design system (MINDS) for developing community health and wellness programs.
