I am a personal trainer, certified Tai chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, and certified Tai Chi for Rehabilitation teacher. I am also a certified senior executive Tai Chi teacher and a disciple of Tai Chi and Qigong master Dr Jesse Tsao. I am also one of two individuals in the USA that serves as an evaluator committee member of the World Chinese Duanwei ranking system.
I currently teach several Tai Chi for Health, and traditional Chen, Yang, Sun and Northern Wu style Tai Chi classes in the Charleston, SC area.
I am an author and co-author of 4 Tai Chi books.
