Lauren George has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry running group fitness programs at large health clubs and university recreation programs. Lauren has combined her love of fitness and business to help fitness instructors and entrepreneurs build their business. Through her Fit Bix Club, Lauren offers workshops for fitness entrepreneurs.
