Biography:

Tai Chi for Heath Instructor and Senior Trainer. I teach classes at the Harrison County Senior Center, Clarksburg WV on Tues/Thurs from 10am-11am. I also help MT  Mark Coffindaffer with classes at the YMCA, Clarksburg WV on Mon/Wed/Fri from 9am-11am. Come and try one or all of our classes, anytime.
